At Resellio.ca, we work to ensure your items are delivered safely, quickly, and at the best possible cost.

📦 Shipping Options

Local Pickup (Recommended)

  • Free
  • Pickup location will be shared after purchase
  • Items must be picked up within 5 days unless otherwise arranged

Local Delivery (If Available)

  • Small delivery fee may apply depending on distance
  • Delivery window will be coordinated by email or phone

Shipping Across Canada

For items eligible for shipping:

  • Rates are calculated based on size, weight, and destination
  • Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment
  • Tracking numbers are provided when available

Note: Some large, fragile, or heavy items may be pick-up only. This will always be stated in the item description.

⏱ Estimated Delivery Times

  • Local Delivery: 1–3 days
  • Canada Shipping: 3–10 business days
    Delivery times may vary based on the carrier.

📮 Lost or Damaged Shipments

If an item arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with:

  • Photos of the damage
  • Your order number
  • The shipping label (if possible)

We will work with the carrier to resolve your claim.

❗ Items Not Eligible for Shipping

Some items cannot be shipped due to size, weight, or restrictions. These will be listed as:

  • “Pickup Only”
  • “Local Delivery Only”
