At Resellio.ca, all items are sold as-is, with no guarantees, unless otherwise stated. Because we source items from auctions, storage units, and liquidation lots, conditions may vary.

No Returns on Auctioned Items

All auction purchases are final and non-refundable.
Please review photos, descriptions, and item conditions carefully before bidding.

Returns on Buy-Now Items (if applicable)

For regular non-auction purchases (Buy Now items), you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item only if:

• The item was significantly not as described
• The item arrived damaged (and was not mentioned in the listing)

What We Don’t Accept Returns For

• Buyer’s remorse
• Minor cosmetic wear that was shown in photos
• Items sold “as-is” with full disclosure
• Auction items under any circumstances
